  Disappointed in the level of customer service and care from this practice. After telling them I had to take time off work for the appointment and had to be back at work immediately after it was due to be finished I was left waiting for 40 minutes. I told them I was in massive amounts of pain and instead of being offered any basic painkillers or even told when I would be seen, I was harrassed about the bill. When talking to Dr Mehanna he wanted to exchange small talk and I asked him to keep things straightforward as I was already going to be late going back to work, he acted as if this was a massive attack against himself, when I told him that I had been waiting for 40 minutes and had told them I was needed back at my job he said it wasn't his fault as he had computer issues. I told him a simple courtesy call prior to the appointment would have been more appropriate. He continued trying to make small talk instead of making things short and simple, then refused to prescribe more than 2 days worth of pain medication, saying if I wanted more I could get another appointment on Monday (which would come with another bill). I would expect after spending 2.5k at this establishment a simple courtesy call and some consideration for their patients. Instead I was harrassed, made late to work and given unsatisfactory treatment options. His practice is more expensive than a lot of the competition in the region and yet the customer service is pathetic.
