  Dave at Newcastle Performance Physio was knowledgeable and direct with his treatment of my chronic lower back pain. I found his knowledge on chronic pain, its cause and treatment gave me hope that I would not suffer from back pain forever. His point of difference was to design a specialised training program focusing on movement and building strength which I found my back responded to so much more than the usual "few stretches completed twice daily". For me the proof is in the pudding, Dave has got me back running and for the first time in years I actually feel as though my back pain is only temporary and not a lifelong burden.

  I saw David for a foot injury and I found him very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and professional. He assessed my injury and then explained everything clearly to me. He gave me access to a Mobile APP, with exercise videos, which were tailored specifically for my recovery. I am now running again pain free!! Thank you David!

  Newcastle performance physio is the best in town, David is very good at what he does, and he truly cares for you, the patient. One of the best things is David constructs an individual rehab plan for you that gets you quickly on your way to recovery. I have been to other physios in Newcastle over the years but they don't even compare to the professionalism and effectiveness of Newcastle Performance physio. I wouln't go anywhere else and i highly reccommend anyone who requires the services of a physio and wants to be well looked after to go to Newcastle performance physiotherapy. 5/5 stars
